The recent review of chemistry at ANU resulted in 12 recommendations, among them that, in an effort to strengthen the links between research and education at all levels, The Research School of Chemistry and the Department of Chemistry should be merged as soon as possible. The new ANU Research School of Chemistry is being formed from these two old areas.
