Terms of Reference

The Human Resources (HR) Working Party has been established to create an effective and efficient delivery of HR related activities for the College of Medicine, Biology & Environment (CMBE) and the College of Physical Sciences (CPS), The Australian National University (ANU).

The Working Party will undertake the following:

Fully integrate processes and activities of the HR function area for CMBE and CPS in line with the policies and procedures of Central HR;
Formation of the JAG HR function team (including defining the JAG HR structure, implementation of nodes, and staff reviewing/updating of classification, supervision and reporting lines);
Reviewing administrative processes and mapping of business processes;
Development of a service charter;
Designing and updating JAG HR website; and
Communication and consultation with stakeholders.
